The first point is that implementing smart meters is not feasible without establishing a stable communication infrastructure. For this reason, the development of communication networks for smart meters is considered one of the most fundamental components of this system.

In this project, communication between meters and the control center is established through technologies such as PLC, GPRS, NB-IoT, and dedicated networks.
